"What an amazing stay! This is luxury at its best! I usually stay at upscale hotels and was excited to see this open in The Poconos so close to home for me and my family. The bellman Ruben greeted us upon arrival and made small talk while we waited to check in. Heavenly checked us in and was so super sweet. We had a room facing the back and it was incredible! They have deer feeders out back with lighting so you can watch them at night. The indoor pool was so perfect! It was warm and you can swim to the outside where the snowflakes were falling while I was warm under the water. Very cool and reminded me of visits to Colorado.

"What an amazing stay!!! This is luxury at its best! I usually stay at upscale hotels and was excited to see this open in The Poconos so close to home for me and my family. The bellman Ruben greeted us upon arrival and made small talk while we waited to check in. Heavenly checked us in and was so super sweet. We had a room facing the back and it was incredible! Dinner in your restaurant was top tier! Food was cooked to perfection! We loved it so much that we went down to breakfast the next morning and we are NOT breakfast people. The maitre d at the restaurant was so sweet (I feel bad because I got his name but cannot remember because it was different)! We asked so many questions about the property and he was knowledgeable and kind. At check out we spoke with Victoria about our stay (we did have trouble with our TV in the room) and she was a gem! She addressed our concerns, wished us a safe trip home and was genuine and warm. Justin was the bellman on when we left and insisted he help us with our luggage since we were technically still on vacation. This place is a little pricy but completely worth every penny. Highly recommend!!! We will be back!"
"This is not a chain-hotel, therefore the experience was very unique and personal. It is an exceptionally appointed and the staff overflows with hospitality. I truly felt so welcomed that I sat and talked to many of the FOH employees. It was specifically a pleasure meeting Kayla, Kenneth, Jake, and Brookel (who was my server at the restaurant). If you are planning a trip to the Poconos, you must stay here!"

"Love, love, loved the property. We celebrated our wedding anniversary with friends and the property was beautiful. Not too big and quaint, quiet. The heated indoor/outdoor pool on a chilly November evening was AMAZING! Also the staff was very relaxed and accommodating. Definitely a "concierge" experience overall."

The concierge set up our massages at near by casino. The driver Rueben was incredible, brand new Escalade to and from each location of our choosing. The restaurant inside and bartender another 9.5 out of 10. I’ve stayed the four seasons and until then was the best hotel, The Swiftwater easily topped the four seasons. We’ll be back!"

I planned an engagement this past weekend and my fiancé and I stayed 3 nights, and not one staff member was frowning at any point. Always smiling. The on-site restaurant served some of the best meals I’ve had while traveling, and the service was impeccable. The location is perfect, close to key attractions yet still peaceful and relaxing. The pool area and spa were stunning.
